1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website royaltraders.in, placing an order for any spare part, or booking a repair service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Royal Traders ("we", "us", "our") in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract.
• A resident of India, or purchasing for delivery within India.
• Providing accurate, current and complete information when contacting us or placing orders.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Spare Parts

We supply OEM-grade and authorised branded spare parts for cars and motorcycles. While we strive to describe products accurately, images are indicative and actual product may vary slightly in appearance. Fitment compatibility is the customer's responsibility; our team assists in verification, but final purchase decisions rest with you.

3.2 Repair & Service

Repair services are provided by certified technicians. Estimated timelines and costs shared before starting work are approximate; final invoicing may differ based on actual diagnostics, parts required and labour involved. Any material variation will be communicated and approved before execution.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, any order already confirmed will be honoured at the agreed price.
• Accepted payment modes include UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards and cash (for in-workshop services), subject to availability.
• In case of manifest pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Royal Traders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion — including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable stock, or location we are unable to service. In such cases, full refund will be processed within the timelines specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our website and services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, vehicle details or delivery information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website, its servers or connected systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or any other harmful programs.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Royal Traders or any third party.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access, copy or index content without written permission.

8.1 Parts Warranty

Warranty terms for spare parts vary by manufacturer and are printed on the invoice. Warranty claims require the original invoice and are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper fitment by a third party, accident, or normal wear and tear.

8.2 Service Warranty

Repair work performed by Royal Traders is backed by a workmanship warranty of 15 to 30 days (depending on the service type) — applicable only to the specific work invoiced. The warranty does not cover unrelated issues or subsequent damage.

Royal Traders shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, riots, transportation failures, or disruption in supplier networks.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links or references to third-party websites, payment gateways and logistics providers. We are not responsible for the practices, content or availability of such third parties. Any dealings you have with them are governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful to our business or other users.

In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Bhopal. The language of arbitration shall be English.
